WHo has it and is riding it like me. I bout 6650 shares are $0.08 about a month ago and it is up to around $1.15 a share because of its recent merger wtih CVSU. CVSU stated in the merger agreement that is was going to but FHAL stock at $15 per share by the deadline. I have misplaced the url for the merger agreement but if someone can find the CVSU wesite then you will see what I am talking about.

    Money Money...

You better read the article closer. :)

So let's review. FHAL is buying CVSU. CVSU isn't even being traded right now, according to Yahoo. FHAL is the "surviving" company. They have the option to either pay the average selling price of their stock, or $15, but it's their option. Nowhere in there does it say they are going to be paying $15 per share for the stock. And if so, it's for CVSU, not FHAL.

That's the way I read it, anyway. I could quite possibly (probably) be wrong. :)
